Whatever you may think about the club at the moment, Thursday night against Wolves was an absolutely amazing game. First half United were in total control and probably should have been 4 or 5 up at the break. The second half came and it felt like here we go again with United conceding poor goals and poor more goalkeeping by Andre Onana had Wolves back level in injury time. But just when we thought we would have to settle for a point, up steps our young, mature super star Kobbie Mainoo to score a last gasp wonder goal and we take all 3 valuable points.
There appeared to be great team spirit at the end with Hojlund’s interview on TNT Sports showing the players are as close as they have ever been and this is what we need going into Sunday’s game against West Ham, finally give the home support something to be proud of.
